REGENCY HALL

Note: The regency hall is currently closed until late july 2024. we will be accepting reservations this coming august 2024.

The Regency Hall is a private indoor event hall located inside the main building of the Royal Vista Club. The Regency Hall has its own entrance and can accommodate up to 350 guest. The hall is perfect for any occasion as well as weddings. The hall has a portable dance floor, bar, and outdoor balcony with a city view.

WHAT IS INCLUDED in your rental:

  • 5 hours of event time (not including set up). Hall closes at 12AM.

  • Basic Banquet Chairs (chair covers @ additional cost)

  • Round Tables (8 people) provided

  • 6ft Rectangle Tables

  • Table Linens (Colors Vary)

  • Clean up during and after the event

  • Water & Coffee Station

  • Bar Tender & Fully Stocked Bar (*minimum $500 drink purchase plus 20% service fee required)

WHAT IS ALLOWED:

  • Outside Catering (Kitchen is not available for outside catering)

  • Coffee Vendors

  • Pastry Vendors

  • Photo Booth Vendors

  • Live Music

  • DJ’s

  • Indoor Lighting

  • Outside Rentals including: Chairs, Linens, Furniture, and Back Drops.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED:

  • Outside Alcoholic Beverages (All Alcoholic Beverages must be purchased at onsite bar)

  • No Open-Flamed Candles or Sparklers

  • No Confetti or Glitter

  • No Nails or Staples to Hang Decorations

  • No Strong Adhesive Tape on Walls or Fixtures
